2 pounds baby potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
