- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 pound sliced salami
- 1 pound sliced ham
- 1 pound provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
- Top with roasted red peppers and basil leaves.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
- Brush the oil mixture over the top half of the bread, then place it back on top of the sandwich.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Slice into portions and serve warm.
