- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken and BBQ sauce.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or red onions to the filling.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
