- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts or pecans (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- Pour chocolate chips over the cooled crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the caramel layer. If desired, sprinkle crushed walnuts or pecans on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
