  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough onto a floured surface. Spread Biscoff cookie butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
