  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes, then bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. Add chicken ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your preference.
  6. Once sweet potatoes are baked, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
