Brownie Cheesecake

A rich and decadent dessert that combines the flavors of brownies and cheesecake.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour until just blended.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  8. Dollop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
  • Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce on top.
