  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually blend in the flour, then stir in the pecans and salt.
  5. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheets.
