  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni and steak tips back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • This dish can be served with a side salad for a complete meal.
