1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chopped apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
Pour cheesecake mixture over crust and smooth the top.
In a saucepan, cook chopped apples with cinnamon and nutmeg until tender. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
