- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the beef. Mix well.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the chips.
- Top with half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

- Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream or avocado for extra flavor.
- This casserole can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
