Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Scoop cookie dough and place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in the center, sealing it with dough.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
