Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

This dish combines the flavors of cheesy, ranch-style potatoes with smoked sausage for a delightful meal.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the potato and sausage mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in sour cream and milk. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
