- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until the chicken is coated.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then fill each with chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Roll the tortillas up and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
