- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, peas, and carrots.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
