Chicken Wild Rice Casserole

A delicious and comforting Chicken Wild Rice Casserole made with turkey bacon that is easy to prepare.

  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, peas, and carrots.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
