Chili Mac and Cheese

A delicious blend of chili, macaroni, and cheese enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups chili
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the turkey bacon and cook until crisp.
  3. Add the chicken ham, chili, and water to the pot, stirring until combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked macaroni and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding some diced bell peppers or jalapeños.
  • Leftover chili can be used for a quick and flavorful meal.
