  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the broccoli and cook until tender, around 4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to taste.
