- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
