Churro Cheesecake is a delicious fusion of two beloved desserts, combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the cinnamon-sugar goodness of churros.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • For an extra cinnamon-sugar topping, mix together 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sprinkle it on top before serving.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
