- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Swirl in the cinnamon and powdered sugar mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
