Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake

A delicious blend of cinnamon roll flavors and creamy cheesecake.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Combine with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  7. Swirl in the cinnamon and powdered sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Top with additional cinnamon or whipped cream if desired.
