  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Heat a griddle and pour batter, then swirl in cinnamon mixture.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Serve pancakes with cream cheese frosting on top.
