- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour just until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the additional sugar and cinnamon.
