- 1 pound rye bread, cubed
- 1 pound corned beef, shredded
- 1 pound sauerkraut, drained
- 1 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed rye bread, shredded corned beef, drained sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the thousand island dressing, eggs, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and toss to coat evenly.
