  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in bok choy and mushrooms, continuing to cook until the vegetables are tender.
