Cowboy Casserole

A hearty Cowboy Casserole featuring savory turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  4. Add the cream of chicken soup and mix well.
  5. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
