A delicious and easy breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups hash browns
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet and chop it into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer hash browns, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
