- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pesto, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a little spice, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
