  • 12 ounces tortellini
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
  3. Add the olive oil and garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and pour the egg mixture over the top.
  7. Stir to combine and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix in crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
