  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the tenders on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
