2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup salsa verde
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, salsa verde, corn, black beans, rice, half of the cheese, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
