Dirty Fries

Deliciously indulgent dirty fries loaded with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry the potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  5. While the fries bake, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  6. Add the chicken ham to the skillet and heat through.
  7. Once the fries are done, layer them on a platter and top with the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  8. Return the loaded fries to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
