Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole

A simple and delicious casserole that combines the flavors of tzatziki sauce with tender chicken and baked pasta.

  • 1 pound rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 12 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large casserole dish, combine the shredded chicken, pasta, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
