- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, melt butter and add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in Boursin cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon; mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken ham with cooked chicken breast.
