Easy Boursin Mac and Cheese

Indulge in a creamy, cheesy delight with a twist of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same saucepan, melt butter and add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in Boursin cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon; mix well.
  6. Serve hot garnished with extra cheese if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken ham with cooked chicken breast.
