Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, roll up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
