- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the beef, stirring well.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese into each tortilla, roll it up, and place it seam side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
