- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
