  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the same skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the onions, garlic, peas, and carrots, cooking until softened.
