  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and add to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  3. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
