- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Add red pepper flakes, then the cooked meatballs to the sauce.
- Serve the meatballs over the linguine, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
