A delicious recipe combining garlic butter meatballs with creamy linguine for a rich and satisfying meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, cook linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  7. Add red pepper flakes, then the cooked meatballs to the sauce.
  8. Serve the meatballs over the linguine, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • These meatballs can also be served with noodles of your choice.
