  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and mix well; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
