- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate chips and place on wax paper to set.
