  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in the provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
