- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and bake sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- Allow sweet potatoes to cool, then slice them in half and scoop out the insides.
