- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup peas
- 1 can diced tomatoes
