  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Arrange peach slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle with baking powder and salt.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
