  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.
  4. Stir until the beef is well coated and the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over rice, topped with green onions and steamed broccoli.
