  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the fries.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
