- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together applesauce, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
