  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked turkey, crumbled bacon, and egg mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 30 minutes until set.
