- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the casserole is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
