Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake : No-Bake Dream Dessert

A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines marshmallow whip for a light and fluffy texture.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar together until smooth.
  3. Fold in the marshmallow cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
