- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar together until smooth.
- Fold in the marshmallow cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
